We are a small, but sensational salon.

When we schedule your appointment, we calculate the perfect time to suit your very unique hair and/or skin needs. Last minute cancellations often can’t be filled as that time has been dedicated to your unique appointment.

Just like any specialist out there, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. As we’re sure you can understand, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee.

No-shows to appointments, or appointments with less that 4 hours notice to cancel will incur a 100% service fee which must be paid in order to rebook, along with a 50% deposit for your next appointment.

If you book a service and later change your mind, please call us with more than 24 hours notice. This will allow us ample time to call another legend on our waiting list and offer them your special spot!

These policies are in place to protect our salon and our team, as when many cancellations or no-shows occur, it puts our business at risk of closing.
