cancellation policy
When we schedule your appointment, we calculate the perfect time to suit your very unique hair needs. Last minute cancellations often can’t be filled as that time has been dedicated to your unique appointment.
Just like any specialist out there, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee.
No-shows to appointments, or appointments with less that 4 hours notice to cancel will incur a 100% service fee.

NO EXTRAS policy
Our space is small, and sacred.
As you can appreciate, our guests come to have a mindful, relaxing experience.
It’s our job to keep our space safe for our team and clients.
For this reason, we ask that you refrain from bringing any extra people to your appointment, including children.
